Terms of Use
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VOICED Law website, the VOICED Market platform, custom client portals, lead dashboards, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
VOICED Law is a marketing, technology, and client-acquisition company that helps law firms — primarily in personal injury and immigration practice areas — generate, qualify, and convert leads. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean VOICED Law. References to "you" mean the individual or entity accessing the Services.
2. Services We Provide
The Services may include any combination of the following: the VOICED Market lead marketplace, paid media campaigns, search engine optimization, conversion-focused landing pages and websites, lead intake forms, CRM and dashboard tooling, call tracking and routing, performance reporting, and consulting on client acquisition. The specific scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations applicable to your firm are set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form between you and VOICED Law. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that written agreement, the written agreement controls for the items it addresses.
3. No Legal Services; No Attorney–Client Relationship
VOICED Law does not practice law and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Using this website, submitting a contact form, or engaging VOICED Law for marketing services does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and VOICED Law or between you and any law firm featured on or connected to the Services. Consumers who submit information through a landing page or intake form operated by VOICED Law on behalf of a client firm are connected with that firm; the attorney–client relationship, if any, is formed solely between the consumer and the firm pursuant to that firm's own engagement process.
4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
The Services are intended for licensed attorneys, law firms, and authorized firm representatives, as well as consumers seeking legal help in jurisdictions where the connected firm is permitted to practice. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, court rules, or rules of professional conduct (including state bar advertising and solicitation rules);
- Submit false, misleading, or stolen information through any intake or contact form;
- Scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute leads, dashboards, reports, or other content without our written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or interfere with their operation;
- Use the Services to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or firm.
5. Leads, Volume, and Performance
Any figures, case studies, projections, or "potential volume" estimates shown on the site — including referenced results such as "80 leads in under 60 days" — describe past outcomes for a specific firm under specific market conditions and are not a promise or guarantee of future results for any other firm. Lead volume and quality depend on factors outside our control, including practice area, geography, budget, intake responsiveness, seasonality, platform policies, and competition. You are responsible for your own intake, qualification, conflict checks, and conversion of any lead.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing cadence, refund terms, and cancellation rights are set out in the written agreement between you and VOICED Law. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work or media spend has been delivered, and amounts not paid by their due date may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the VOICED Law name and logo, the VOICED Market brand, the site design, software, dashboards, templates, written content, and underlying technology, are owned by VOICED Law or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your firm's internal business purposes during the term of your engagement. Materials we create for your firm — such as landing pages, ad creative, and intake flows — are licensed to you for use in connection with your engagement; ownership of those materials is governed by your written agreement with us.
8. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you provide to us, including your firm's name, logo, attorney bios, case results (where permitted), and client data passed through our intake systems. You grant us a license to use that content as necessary to deliver the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is accurate, that you have the rights to provide it, and that its use in marketing complies with applicable bar rules and privacy laws.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party platforms — including ad networks, analytics providers, hosting, email and SMS providers, and CRM systems. Your use of those platforms through the Services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services, and changes those providers make may affect the Services.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant any specific lead volume, conversion rate, ranking, ROI, or business outcome.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOICED Law and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to VOICED Law in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VOICED Law from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) content or instructions you provide to us, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law, regulation, or rule of professional conduct.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if continued service would create legal or reputational risk, or as otherwise permitted by your written agreement with us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VOICED Law maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form on the homepage.
